God of War: Ascension. Apparently a prequel to God of War 1. How good is it? Was it disappointing after the big awesome set pieces in God of War 3? It had multiplayer too!

Doesn't seem like its available outside the PS3, so not sure Ill ever get to play it.

I've heard that it's pretty much the same as the older GOWs

Not great. It's harder. I think they got rid of the I-frames on rolls. Some cool set pieces. GoW stuff
Bioshock gave us a fictional world showing why libertarianism doesn't work. Cryptos/NFTs gave us the real world example

No. PS3. I was aware there were a couple handheld GoW games that I didnt care about, so I probably just assumed Ascension was one of them.

Yea, me neither, watched a playthrough and it looked amazing. I can't believe it was overlooked. But I guess fans thought the series was concluded then and never kept a eye on anymore.

But during that time I think the devs were trying to humanize Kratos more. But that didn't really work until the reboot.
