I think it's a safe bet that Jamie Lee Curtis and Danielle Harris are set in stone.

For the final two spots, theres good arguments for the likes of Caroline Williams, Lin Shaye, Neve Campbell, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Katherine Isabelle, Linnea Quigley, Heather Langenkamp, Dana Kimmel, Heidi Kozak, and Im sure a bunch of others.

I'm old school, so I'll throw out a vote for Barbara Crampton.

Also, would Sarah Michelle Gellar not be a good choice for someone more modern? On top of Buffy, she had roles in I Know What You Did Last Summer, The Grudge, & Scream 2.
