In pretty decent shape too. Nice basement. Not sure the bathroom has a shower though.

Either rent it out for events, a congregation, or as a house.
There are a handful of churches that I drive by that have been converted to regular homes.
Though how much money that costs is really dependent on what you do to them.

That's quite an interesting situation you got there. Never heard of a person buying a church without the intention of either turning it into an active church.

A different church near me was converted into a home and then featured on Jack Osborne's paranormal show cause they said it was haunted.
