It was a pretty quiet neighborhood until these idiots moved in. It's always been just old people and younger people who are raising families. Occasionally we'll get someone stupid, but this is like a group of sketchy 30 year old frat boys.

I genuinely hope that they didn't damage his ears, he's a really sensitive little guy as far as his ears/hearing goes, and the fact that all the dogs in the neighborhood keep freaking out is not helping. -_-
