If the only evidence is his word against theirs then a good lawyer will get it thrown out before it goes to trial.
There were numerous timeline issues, and Spacey was able to show that accusers were wrong about timing. Jurors really lap that kind of thing up.
you know what I do remember hearing something about this. It might have been another trial of his. But the person said he was assaulted at a specific party in a two or three year time period. They have records of who was at the party and Spacey wasn't there those years. I think Elton John testified to that. Poor kid probably had his year wrong.
And no other possible reason?
