This isn't a good take. It has nothing to do with being addicted to outrage and more to do with the fact that this is somehow an opinion that isn't immediately blacklisted and having the person ostracized by modern society.
You're upset that people find these things appalling by wrapping it up in them having an addiction problem. This is showing more addiction to outrage than anyone else tbh by being upset at people for being upset. You shouldn't invalidate people's feelings if they aren't inappropriate.
