This is just another way of saying the Nazi concentration camp slogan, "Arbeit macht frei" (Work makes you free), which was no more truthful than their telling people the gas chamber was just a shower.
It also suggests that Jews were un-useful prior to the holocaust, and that nazi action forced them to stop being so. White supremacists like to throw such offensive stereotypes at many of the groups they like to scapegoat, and of course the nazis themselves promoted this selfsame lie in their propaganda, including the fake documentary "The Eternal Jew."
