Maybe, but the Vietnamese government is big on listening or compromise when it comes to banned media content. Id imagine their mind is made up.
Youve also got to consider that studios will be less inclined to pander to them because theyre not an enormous market like China.

You would only be able to stream it using a VPN, but as long as you didnt do so as a public event, odds are youd be absolutely fine.
I have a copy of John Wick 4 which is also banned over here. I brought it in from the UK and it was easy enough to get through customs because if I flash my work ID they just wave me through. I dont really see how I could be caught with it at this point but if I was I could probably just plead ignorance and they would just seize the physical media.
