for movies you'll see for sure, do you watch the trailers when they go online?

for me, nah. i want all the movie material to be as new as possible, i don't like the feeling when i watch a movie in theaters and i realize i've seen the same footage in a trailer, plus some cool stuff no longer being a surprise

i was gonna watch the Super Mario movie no matter what and i didnt watch any trailers so seeing Mario Kart action in it was a cool surprise for me, wouldn't have been as neat if i'd seen footage of it already in trailers

Sometimes. I don't actively go looking for the trailers, but if I happen to see it recommended I'll watch.

I'll watch the first trailer but typically don't go after anything else. Won't actively avoid stuff either though.
