I honestly didn't think I would need to learn what an I-card was because based on the articles it sounded like a warrant. I was corrected on that and it really isn't a big deal. Sometimes people only read the topic title, and that's how misinformation spreads. I-Card is an NYC thing only, and I'm not sure why anyone would assume an "I-Card" sounds anything like a warrant. It's just calling someone in for questioning.
