The next door neighbors dog came to visit. Sometimes he stays over when his family travels, so he will come in whenever. The cat likes him, but she doesnt feel comfortable with dogs when shes on the floor. She stood her ground, though (he was just saying hello).

I'm not sure which one that was, but yeah, they do scratch/push on the door. In fact, the biggest, Tugger, has learned how to pull open closet doors (he's big enough to actually reach the handles, or strong enough to reach underneath and pull it open), particularly the ones in their room, so we have to either have their litter boxes or one of their towers in front of the closet doors so he can't open them.

I should have posted this at the time, but oh well. As of Thursday of last week Ive had Onyx for a year. Its been an adventure. Hes the most curious and most active cat Ive ever had. Ive had to make so many changes to my house because of things hes figured out. Ive had to put child locks on all the cupboards that have stuff I dont want him getting into because he likes opening them. Hes figured out how the locks work, but luckily isnt equipped to open them. Ive had to put away decorations that I thought were impossible for him to get to. Hes always staring at anything new I do to try and figure out if its something interesting that he can do himself. Except for training. Ive been trying to clicker train him for months and hes stubbornly refusing to learn anything. Its obviously deliberate.
