Hmm, Ill come out of lurker status to try to help with this mystery movie.
Firstly, I know Ive seen a movie where someone has a hump that gets pushed from back to front. I just cant remember what it was.
My first thought with such silliness was that it could be one of the Yuen clan movies like Shaolin Drunkard or Miracle Fighters. I cant seem to find a chopstick fight scene, though.
That creakiness thing sounds really familiar, too. I know Ive seen this movie lol.

Creakiness and cracking in every stiff movement of the bad guy.
White painted face.

The chopsticks were only used for part of the scene. They quickly escalate to regular fighting I believe.
