Guess I'll play Mass Effect 2 again for no real reason (spoilers)

Did they ever fix Stasis or is it still broken? Remember it being such a busted power in the original ME2, then played the LE version and was a bit disappointed it was bugged and you couldn't get it as a bonus power.
