Wrote a guide for this ages ago, but pretty much washed my hands of the series after ME3, which I thought sucked for the most part. Contemplated going through as MaleShep, but then remembered he had the personality of a soggy cardboard box, so it's back with the ol' usual. Soldiers get all weapons and heavy armor, so I'm gonna have some fun .
