At least, the ones who don't plan to invest the necessary time into their dog. But at that point, should you really even have a dog at all?
Both dogs I've ended up with were from reasonable people who realized they didn't have the time to give the dog a good life. They knew the right thing was to give them to me because I can make the dog a major part of my life and actually take the time to understand it.
