In 2009 Obama passed a law allowing VPs the right to declassify as well. So that argument is invalid.

im too lazy to look up the exact statute for any non believers but its true, Google it.

VP actually can declassify documents via the same process the president uses.

Yeah I think the hard part is that any of the people who Biden would directly "coronate" I'm not interested in, so he would have to both say he's not running *and* be like "and it's a free for all!".
