I've been sick for about a week now, and now I've developed pink eye. I got an antibiotic ointment for my eye, but since I tend to have shaky hands I accidently touched the tip of the tube to my eyelid, which the instructions say not to do. How worried should I be about having contaminated the ointment?
I didn't get it from a doctor, pharmacists can prescribe certain meds here. I just feel bad calling to ask that because it seems like an overreaction >_> but iunno. I don't wanna get worse at the same time.
