Pro-police?
Gaming is a weird industry where you can scam the consumers with lies and fake promises, and there will still be fanboys defending it.
It definitely isn't a pro-police movie lol

yeah, I liked it well enough but it went for too long and the whole imaginary girlfriend thing was stupid.

I'd give it a light 7/10 because I like what it is, an attempt to make a prestige movie with superhero shit - and that's exactly what I want from DC. I'd take a hundred Joker-inspired superhero movies over a single new Zack Snyder one. That being said, I thought it was full of pointless and aimless scenes for the sake of being "artsy" and weird, to the point that I got sick of them by the time Arthur crawls into a fridge for no reason. Bit too long, too much of the movie is pointless, but it's an okay watch. Parasite definitely deserved the Oscar over it.

Yes, throughout the movie, joker hints at more police would make the city a better place

I also never felt he attained any real power or sense of self with the character.

I thought it was building to him owning it more, but he still seemed lost even at the end.

The storyline with the woman was also blandly obvious imo and lacked any real purpose.
