TDLR: Game was banned in Germany and was due to be unbanned soon anyway because of how game bans work in Germany but an unknown company successfully got it unbanned early..

Yep seems like its coming out as well as the original on Switch as a deal with Rare and Nintendo was finally reached.

Yeah but it's part of that $50/year subscription isn't it? I'd actually pay $60 for just a physical or digital copy tbh if it came with online multiplayer.
