So these have been out about a month now it seems, but I only just heard about them from a Twitch ad earlier today. I have not seen them in stores. A friend of a friend apparently tried the cotton candy and said it was revolting.
The gimmick here is you prepare the mac and cheese as normal, then mix in the additional flavor packet included. I have just recently seen the Cheetos mac here though. It's decent.

the top 5 are ok but the cotton candy is garbage thats instagram pics only then toss in trash
The cotton candy is actually pretty good. You mix it in with the cheese powder and somehow it works

still wish more companies made carolina reaper stuff
Jalapeno, Ghost Pepper and Buffalo Wing would probably be fine. I mean lots of people mix hot sauce in their Kraft Dinner already anyway. But the other three sound awful, especially Cotton Candy.
Oh yeah, forgot about the Cheetos Mac & Cheese. I have a couple boxes but haven't tried 'em.
