I am binging. I liked the Fly episode. It was a nice change of pace from how fast everything was. It felt like a period of reflection. Aside from being funny and having its moments, it tells us a lot about Walt and how he's feeling. It shows us his obsession, the guilt he's feeling, and how everything is kind of spiraling out of control for him. I have a feeling something bad is going to happen after this one.
I dont understand why that ep gets so much hate. Its pretty good. Especially given the circumstances that saw it made.
They didn't have the budget to shoot un multiple locations or spend much money of any kind so they had to come up with a really cheap episode to preserve the budget for what was to come.
