She didn't want to turn him in because she loves him. She said it herself with her lawyer, she doesn't want to turn him in because of Walter Jr. and that she hoped his cancer would kill him.
She doesn't love Walt anymore, doesn't want him in her life. She did what she did out of pure spite. And lets not pretend that she hasn't wanted to do this for a while now the show heavily hinted at her wanting Ted before she even found out about the meth.
