I actually agree with her wanting to get a divorce/not wanting Walter in her life. He's involved with shit that is going to bite him in the ass and probably get his loved ones killed.
That being said if she wanted to be a fucking adult about it, she would've sued him for divorce, turn him in and stuck to her guns about not wanting to see him. Instead she chooses to be childish and try to personally hurt him by cheating on him and tell him when he's clearly trying to make amends.
She loved Walt. She didnt want to turn him in. She just didnt want to get caught in the backlash which is understandable.
Life isnt so black and white.
