PSA is a grading company.
raw (ungraded), in light played condition, that card should get you a couple hundred bucks. near mint 500 ish. but if you get it graded, those numbers can double or more. but it's really backed up right now, so you'll either need to pay a ton of money or wait a long time to get it back. probably worth it if it gets a 9 or 10 (out of 10). an 8 would still be good so long as you don't pay a ton extra for a quicker turnaround.
even if you were planning to keep it, the case prevents most forms of future damage. though it does mean you can't play with it anymore.

psa is a little less strict about centering than Beckett. you can find some 10s on ebay centered about the same as TCs.
