I cant sleep

I was asleep at like 1130, then at like 1230 i woke up and couldn't fall back asleep because i was thinking about staying up all night on july 28th 1999 playing the quake 3 beta which is one of my all time favorite gaming nights.
So i read up on the quake 3 beta (which is how i recalled that date) and then got up and played a few rounds of fortnite solos.
Now im laying in bed awake while my cat makes noise

You will eventually fall asleep if you just quit stressing about it. Stop looking at CE for a while. The screen sometimes keep you up. Maybe put something on you can listen to, and just close your eyes and see what happens
