Mario is ridiculously more obnoxious in Super Mario Galaxy than in anything else

I've been going through all 3 games in the 3D All Stars Collection, and I just cannot bring myself to finish Galaxy. It being a lackluster game itself (especially compared to 64 and Sunshine) aside, somehow Mario decided to act so damn obnoxious in this game with his speech and overall things that come out of his mouth, more than any other game of his I've ever played. They dialed the super loud and annoying YAHOOOs, YAAAHS, and the like to insane levels in this game, noticeably more than 64/Sunshine/3D Land/3D World (haven't played Odyssey so no idea how he is there).

Why Nintendo? Why? I know these are kids games but what the actual fuck were they thinking with this shit

Sunshine was the only stellar game I thoroughly enjoyed of the 3 in the collection
