It didnt seem quite the same with sgdq being all remote... the interplay on the couch is usually a lot of fun, maybe they have it down better now.

I agree with both this take and the other one.

That being said, imo the idiot memers seem to only really affect the larger runs where a lot of the less popular runs don't really have much taken away from them by the crowd, but the lack of interplay on the couch hurts it overall.

Glad to see they have the remote stuff down a little better now. Really excited for this week. I spent two days at AGDQ 2020 near the tail end of my honeymoon. Missing the couch and the atmosphere a little but the games are just as good :)

Sad for no overnight 9-10 hour RPG runs but still a good schedule
