Jaw, I can grind my jaw and it sounds like grinding teeth. Doesnt hurt but its certainly not good.

That's about the age when teeth start coming in, she's likely grinding her jaw. Be prepared for the teething stage to make her cranky as hell. Cold helps soothe that-- if you use pacifiers, consider sticking them in the freezer.

Get a teething ring freeze it give it to her. It being frozen feels good to the gums that hurt and its a thing she can safely bite on

Yeah, we've got one already, been waiting for some apparent signs of teething since she's been a pretty chill baby so far. Wasn't aware jaw grinding could be a thing though.

Just a guess. Like it could be something else but cant hurt to try, will at least probably keep her from grinding kinda hard to grind and chew at the same time
