My wife thinks it's weird. Why dirty a bowl and spoon though?

I mean, Id be lying if I said I havent.

My gf is on our side though. Think your wife is the weird one.
If anything your wife should really be judging you for eating inferior stovetop mac, rather than superior oven baked mac.

Yep. Fuck bowls. I live alone so I don't worry about shit like that

Nah, add some Italian herb mix and some extra cheese powder, and lightly cook the butter before adding the drained noodles back into the pan, and stovetop >>> oven.

That is just classless and ghetto.
How difficult is it to wash a plate you ate off along with the pot it was cooked in?

Im intrigued, what does cooking the butter do? Is it just to coat the noodles better or does it do something to the flavor?
That's the best way to eat it, especially if you use an oversized spoon

Shit just hits different
I have done that plenty of times, gives you a nice handle to hold the bowl, dirties fewer dishes, etc.. although if I have guests over I try to look civilized and use a separate bowl.

Definitely changes the flavor. Makes the butter flavor richer.
