Based on my current team who should I evolve Eevee into?

I'm doing a Platinum Nuzlocke right now (just beat Fantina) and want to pick up Eevee from Bebe. Before I pick Eevee up I want to choose an appropriate nickname which I can only do once I figure out who to evolve Eevee into. Heres my current team:

Romeo the Budew
Icarus the Togetic
Kongfu the Monferno
Glimey the Shellos
Reverb the Bronzor
Jet the Staravia
Interviewer: "You're not even a superhero you're more of a vampire slayer."
Blade: "Don't do that"

If I recall correctly, you can teach Vaporeon ice beam. I think a lot of water pokemon can learn ice beam.

They all get shadow ball dig and bite, as well as normal moves. Vaporeon gets ice moves, Leafeon gets X Scissor, Jolteon gets Signal Beam. The other ones dont really get much in terms of coverage moves. Id say wait until you decide to slap it onto the team.

How do gift pokemon work with nuzlocke runs? I always assumed you were supposed to just box them along with any forced a counter catches.

They can count as the encounter of wherever you get them.

you can either count them as freebies, or only allow them if theyre the first encounter in the area. The Eevee in platinum is given in Hearthome, so its definitely the first encounter. I havent heard of just outright banning gift pokemon

Vaporeon is pretty much the best choice with Jolteon being a good option as well

The rest are meh or bad.

Well the poll results don't give me that straight of an answer.

I cover:
Normal, Ground, Rock, Fire, Steel, Ice, Poison, Grass, Fighting, Bug.

I don't cover:
Water, Electric, Psychic, Dragon, Ghost, Dark.

I'll need to cover:
Water, Electric, Psychic, Dragon.

I feel like Water is going to be the biggest threat considering Crasher Wake and Cynthia's Milotic. I do have Romeo but if he dies I am going to need Jolteon. I also DESPERATELY need Dragon coverage.

I'm thinking it's better to invest in Jolteon. Gastrodon can learn Ice Beam or Blizzard and assuming I keep my Shellos alive and manage to evolve it, I get my Dragon coverage.

Umbreon is my favourite, but his move pool isn't amazing.

Icarus is an awesome name for a Togetic.
