If so, what was it like?

I've heard of colleges having student clubs for nonreligious folks, and I know Christian clubs are common in high schools, but I've never heard of there being a club for nonreligious students within a high school.

I don't recall there being that, or any religious clubs in high school. Kids used to pray in a circle in front of the school before class started, though.

Huh. Is it weird for a high school to have religious clubs? I know mine did, as does the one I'm working at now, but that's obviously a small sample size.

The only religious club I remember was Fellowship of Christian Athletes

There was a club for LGBT+ kids and that was as liberal as it was going to get for Indiana.

they had like a prayer circle around the flag pole every morning. im not sure if it was a club tho.
