By the looks of it we aren't actually going to have much in the way of reopening any time soon, even though our state seems to be doing the best as far as covid goals/compliance goes. And the restaurant either changed their recipe slightly or didn't have the same ingredients they used to for food.
I guess I'll check on haircuts tomorrow.
