So around here restaurants and entertainment venues are closed, some state parks are open. Me and this girl want to meet up and get to know each other better and have fun doing it. We did a take-out picnic on date one and it went well. She has asthma, my mom has asthma, neither of us are interested in getting sick so we want to avoid crowds and our living situations don't exactly lend themselves to easily hanging out at the other's place. We both like hiking but she's way more into it than me, we both like video games. I'm not sure if those options help as far as doing stuff together goes, I almost feel like visiting a landmark or something might be easier. Plz help bros, thx

You shouldn't be meeting up at all based on this tbh
FFS don't meet up at all if you even remotely care about your mum if your state/country has a stay at home order obey it and if you don't I hope you get fined.
A garbage pod!? It's a smegging garbage pod!
2 people meet ups are allowed. I'm more at risk having to go to the grocery store. Life goes on. Judge me all you want through your computer screen but if all you have to say is don't meet up, I've already weighed that option.
Play coop games remotely. If she and her mom has asthma, it would be in their best interest to avoid close contact during this time.

Some games to consider:
A Way Out
Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes
Overcooked
Unrailed
Human Fall Flat
Go on a walk on the woods.

If you don't care about your mom have at it. Why don't you let her know your situation and ask for her opinion

She was afraid of gangsters when I mentioned the river. I guess I could suggest something a little more remote. The river is in the middle of the city.

Might do this later, we need to establish where things are going though.

Paint in the park is definitely something I hadn't thought of.

I've already talked to my mom about it lol, she thinks it's good. Why would you just assume the worst of people? I stated in the OP that we are being careful.

I sent her a text about coop games, maybe we will be able to keep things moving with that. Thanks for the ideas so far. Hopefully we figure some things out.

Why would she be afraid if she is with you. That sounds like a good way to create artificial excitement which is arousing.

Apparently she had a past incident there with her friend, I didn't want to dig into that too much. Putting a pin in it for now. Sort of sounds like she was assaulted there.
