Are you prepared to bottle feed it? If not you'll want to find some one with experience in doing so. There's probably an old lady in your area that you can find through any local animal/cat rescue Facebook group.

You'll want to keep it warm by filling water bottles with warm water and stuffing the bottles in socks. Most baby animals aren't capable of regulating their body temperature and rely on mama to do so.

Yeah there's plenty of resources online with valuable information. Like you might need to hydrate it if it's skin isn't recoiling after the pinch test. Where you just lightly pinch the skin on the back of there neck and see if it goes back afterwards. If it stays pinched the baby is dehydrated. Hydrating it entails putting water with an electrolyte solution in the milk similar to Pedialyte.
And if it's not defecating on it's own you'll have to take a warm wet rag and simulate the mama licking their junk to make them pee and poop. Once it's a little older you can even give it a little bath in a bowl.
I'm not by any means a rehab expert. I've just helped raise a few litters in my day.
If you at all feel like it's too much, contact someone and express your desire to help with the rehab with intent to adopt.

Depending on how old it is, you'll need to wake up in the night to bottle feed it and stimulate its backside to allow it to defecated/urinate (newly born kittens do not do this on their own). Make sure you bottle feed with special kitten formula. You should probably weigh it daily as well to make sure it's eating enough. Bottle feeding is recommended as often as every 2 hours, but if the little guy is a little older it every 4 hours or something might be enough.
Newborns also cannot maintain body heat, so you'll want it near a heat pad covered by a blanket whenever possible. There are special incubators for people who do this regularly, but a constant heat source should do alright.

Got food, got it to pee, fed a bit, didn't eat recommended amount. Sleepy baby.
Was in a noisy Pipe plant so may need rest.

Just put it near a heat pad if possible. They're supposed to be getting 80+ degree warmth if possible. Try not to bathe it unless it shits all over itself.
If s/he continues to not eat enough, you may need to syringe feed. Additionally, they typically feed better standing with their head tilted back. So you can try tilting its head back with your finger under its chin and maybe it'll eat better. Plus you can feel if it's swallowing properly.
If you have a little extra time, I've heard it's good to brush it with a tooth brush a bit (very lightly, like a gentle combing), which helps "awaken" self grooming instincts.
Once it starts eating solid food, give it some attention (petting and stuff) while it eats to help it associate human affection with good stuff. With any luck you'll get a healthy, affectionate kitten in a matter of weeks ready for adoption.
