Whats gonna happen to me? I was very thirsty and there was no water anywhere except for the tap they have to wash your hands in, but its labeled with a sign that says its not drinkable. Am I gonna die?

Never had it, sounds extremely unpleasant tho. Untreated water isn't a good idea ever, it's risky. Particularly in a busy public bathroom. No way

If Water is not treated or boiled you just dont drink it period unless you are severely dehydrated.

Boiling and Water purification tablets do not work on radiation, chemicals or physical debries however.

Well, I only drank about half a palm full of that water, so it wasnt much. Does that make a difference?

Half a palm full could have billions of possibly harmful microorganism.

Or it might be labeled as such because the pipes are contaminated with lead in which case you are probably fine as such a small amount of exposure for an adult shouldnt cause appreciable harm.
