Thats not an answer to the question. I just think its a problen that if two people get drunk or high and fuck, the girl seems to have this out with claiming it was rape if she regrets it. A guy on the other hand, it always held accountable e.g. he cant tell his gf he was "raped" because he got stoned and banged a stripper.
If someone was passed out and did not consent or know it happened, thats a totally different story and that is rape
