I'm Facebook friends with a guy I talked with on gamefaqs, we used to talk every day, in fact pretty sure that's what got me through my emotional trainwreck high school years. He ended up moving to my home city, but only after I moved to a different city.
We don't really talk much anymore, but I haven't deleted him from my Facebook friends list. Been 14 years this year.
