To be fair it looks like it has sections devoted to most of the characters that were at the Palace. Even one of the Gamorreans gets one. And Crumb definitely was one of the more stand-out characters of that group.

I think you mean incredibly awesome. Its the perfect duo. Boba Fett is the straight man and Salacious is the comedian. That or Salacious is just the built in laugh track for Bobas dark jokes. It almost writes itself.
