many men like 15 to 18 girls if they are mature. no matter the age of the man.
its just that men usually shouldnt date them if they are much older.
now if someone is an ephebophile (primarly liking 14-18 or whatever) and dates them, and is much older,
then its a bit strange. (it used to be common, before we got less mature).
