I don't believe political orientation determines whether you're moral or immoral. But it's a fact that liberals are far more compassionate and caring than conservatives. And I mean an actual fact, as in the people who research this kind of thing have found that liberally minded people are on average more open and caring than conservatives. And obviously there are a bunch of things that conservatives are better at as well, but it's an inherently more selfish and divisive belief system than liberalism is.
