Batman is top tier detective, has means to gather info, and has lots of high tech equipment to create stuff, like in one movie where Joker
was going to poison everyone with those huge balloons, what would Spiderman be able to do to prevent that?
Batman gets to fight enemies who rely on mostly pure strength and one on one fights. He could make plans, traps and just out smart them all.
Who cares if he makes plots? Spidey deals with highly intelligent villains like doc ock, the jackal and the green goblin all the time. It would be like fighting one of them except much easier
