Those aren't just games anymore. I've sunk hundreds if not thousands of hours into them, proudly progressed through each and every one.
I'm not a violent person and pretty anti-death in general. Rational me says I'd call the cops. But in the moment, faced with the prospect that I might never see those games again... I'd probably do something I'd later regret.

Good. People should be afraid of breaking into houses. I think the second you do, you deserve death.
You're more likely to destroy your life, killing someone than getting any sort of self-defense satisfaction.
I'm not talking asbout what the law says. I'm talking about what's right and wrong and to me, burglars or home invaders no longer have any rights of protection after they are inside a home. It should be open season.
And it's not right to kill someone over burglary and the law will punish you for it. Just like the previous poster said, at the very least you shoot them in the leg or have them at gun point. That's the more civil way of handling the matter, without fucking up your life.
