While that may be true, I think people who are not attracted to a race, are because they haven't found the attractive members of that race or interacted with them to any certain degree.
Which is an entirely different thing, and sort of my point. Saying "I'm not attracted to black people" is different than "I've never met a black person I was attracted to".
