Meh, it's the fact that I continue to age that really kills the freeze time power. I'd abuse it so much that by the time everyone I know is 20 years older I'd be on my death bed. I mean, no more romance sucks, but dying early sucks even more.
It's gradual, I should note. It's not a heavy loss of years or even days per se in lump sumps each time you use the power.
