The right to not be fired simply because the employer doesn't like their situation. It is legal to fire a trans person for being trans in over 30 states right now. This same goes for evictions as well.
Although it would definitely be super nice if we couldn't be just killed with no repercussions beyond general manslaughter in most of the states as well. It is a hate crime to kill someone based on a specific credential, and it simply is not legally treated as such in most of the world actually, let alone most of the US.
