What does trans panic mean
It's a derivation of the "homosexual panic" legal defense that was used to acquit the murderer of Harvey Milk. Basically temporary insanity due to intense fear of homosexuality/transsexuality. It's bonkers.
Worse still its actually had a fair amount of success in courtrooms, which is beyond bullshit.
