Who thought it would be a good idea to make it so the sun sets earlier at the point where it naturally sets earlier?
But without moving the clock back, sunrise would currently be at 8 am instead of 7, and in January the sun would rise at almost 9 am.I don't care about sunrise, I care about sunset
Don't move the clocks at all. I don't care about gaining an hour. Everything starting later sucks. If a business opened at 7am before daylight savings, it still opens at 7am after daylight savings.

Something that is normally uploaded at 10 AM now comes out at 11 AM.

I don't care about sunrise, I care about sunsetI care about sunrise. It sucks having to go out to feed the animals and do my exercise in the dark.
There is no absolute measurement of time. If you're going to choose a different frame of reference from everyone around you and then be bothered that your decision to be different resulted in a difference, why stop at just one hour? You could instead be bothered that it's coming out at 4 pm three days later and be just as logically justified.
I'd rather things came out earlier than later.
Im quite glad that we dont change the clocks here.So you're from the future then?
I think we should just do away with time zones entirely. If it is full sunlight at 12AM, or pitch black at 2PM, then so be it.
So why not decide that tomorrow is December 4th so MP4 is out? Or that it's now 2028 so the PS6 comes out tomorrow?
All of time is an arbitrary measurement from an arbitrary reference point. "Sooner" exists only alongside another arbitrary measurement from another arbitrary reference point.
It means get rid of the clocks changing.Clocks don't change. They have functioned the same for a long time.

I don't care about sunrise, I care about sunsetYeah this is really annoying for people in night shift mode when we have to go out to shop etc

That's no more arbitrary a shift in the reference point than it would be to jump ahead a month. When the Catholic Church switched from the Julian to the Gregorian calendar, they skipped forward 10 days! The day after October 4th, 1582, was October 15th. By the 20st century, the difference between the two calendars was over 13 days.

The clocks changing is a change in the reference point (that is to say, the point at which we start counting the passage of time).
Why do you want everything to be earlier? There are quite a few things that are better to delay.
So you're from the future then?
That... isn't a response to what you quoted.
