3 years and counting.

I decided sometime in my late twenties that I didn't want to have sex outside of a relationship, and after my last relationship (3 years ago) I haven't wanted to date at all, so...
That's where I'm at.

Never have, and might never will

Growing up in a Christian family groomed me at a young age into fearing romantic relationships as a teenager, then left me socially stunted in my early 20's even after moving past my upbringing. Then by the time I grew past that, I was too far into life for anyone to care about me. I didn't even go on my first date until 27, and they never went anywhere because I guess I don't pursue sex fast enough?

I used to feel a bit ashamed of it when I was younger, but at this point I just don't care anymore. If it happens it happens, I'm not going to shape my life by my virginity status. I really don't value sex as much as I would really just like someone to care about me as a person.

But I also genuinely dont care lol. Im more upset at being almost 40 and women never having shown any interest in me.

Ive made my peace with it and accepted that romance just was something I wasnt supposed to experience, but its still weird to think about sometimes.

Plus Ace here. I don't like sharing, human contact, touching or anythin'.

I'm food motivated, tired and rather adventure than do the Matress Mambo. Sex doesn't intrest me. Plus something tragic happened in the past that I will not disclose. It just wasn't pretty and was traumatic more.

The only sex life I want to have any knowledge of is mine and the one(s) I'm having sex with. Beyond that, I don't need to know when a person was intimate with another person.
