I have never seen a movie with more blatant plot armor. Like the scene where the girl is getting the life raft and the t rex is just napping the whole time. Then when he finally wakes up and sees them, he decides he needs to chug water from the river for a minute. Then he lackadaisically stomps after them with zero urgency. The whole time instead of thinking 'go faster must go faster' about the people, I was thinking 'you should probably go faster than that' in regards to the dinosaur.
Also I do not at all buy the premise that people would get sick of dinosaurs in twenty years. Like I didn't even get tired of the zoo when I had season passes and they didn't have any dinosaurs. Why does the Jurassic world franchise think that we need fake dinosaurs?
