As a late bloomer with anxiety, depression, and autism, and who missed "normal" milestones due to surgery/medical trauma, I'm right there with you guys.
Don't worry about other people's milestones and where you think you should be by a certain point in your life. Try to focus on being good with where you are and being good with who you are.
I spent too much of my 20's thinking I was falling behind everyone who was getting married, had what I saw as more meaningful careers, starting families, but I eventually said fuck it and decided to embrace being by myself.
Bought a very modest house on my own and figured it'd be me and my dog together for the next decade and then I met my wife and her two kids. Things can work out, but life doesn't give a shit about whatever timelines you create for yourself.
